City Developments Limited (CDL) clinched the highest bid (S$768millions or S$1,302psf ppr) for the Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Jalan Tembusu on 18 January 2022. The Jalan Tembusu site will be developed into a residential development called Tembusu Grand and it will comprise of 4 towers of 20-21 storeys with a total of 638 units. It is said that Tembusu Grand will have unobstructed views of the sea, city’s skyscapers, as well as, the Singapore Sports Hub.
