As part of our effort towards Covid-19’s Safe Management Measures, the viewing of Tembusu Grand Showroom is strictly By Appointment basis only with 1 DAY in Advance Notice.
Tembusu Grand will be launching in 1H 2023. Similar to all other CDL’s new launch projects, Tembusu Grand will preview for 2 weeks before the official sales launch day. If you are keen to register for our VVIP showflat preview, you can book an appointment by submitting an Online Appointment Request Form or you may dial our showroom hotline at +65 6100 1310. Do note that Tembusu Grand showflat will not be opened for viewing on some days due to our in-house private functions and monthly showroom maintenance & cleaning. Therefore, all appointment must be made in advance with at least 24 hours prior notice to avoid any disappointment.
Once you have submitted an Online Appointment Request Form, Tembusu Grand project specialist will get in touch with you within the same working day. For all matters related to Tembusu Grand, our project specialist will do their best to assist you. You will get to enjoy Best Direct Developer’s Price when you book a unit through our project specialist and you are not required to pay any service fees.

All balance units after our VVIP sales launch day will be based on first come first serve sales basis.
